Talking to you, I feel and odd sort of nakedness,

   Not in any physical sense, but emotionally.

Talking to you, I appear as I am;

   My every thought and feeling written across my voice.

Talking to you, I feel such a thrill;

   Your laughter filling my soul with joy.

Talking to you, I feel such peace;

   Your voice is a warm hug, soothing and easing my heart.
